Board of DIRECTORS

	Colin became Chairman of Apex in December 18, 2009. He was also appointed as Chief Operations Officer of the Company as endorsed by the Mines Geosciences Bureau (MGB). From 1991 to 2000, he was Managing Director of Emperor Mines that assumed control of Western Mining’ operations in Fiji. Thereafter, he has owned and managed a consulting firm involved in numerous projects for clients worldwide - South Africa, Fiji, Malaysia, China, Japan and Philippines. Currently, he is the President of Mindanao Gold Ltd.
COLIN D. PATTERSON
	On December 18, 2009, Mr. Peri Resabal was elected as Director of the Company and was appointed Interim President/CEO of APEX effective 1st of January, 2010. Currently, he is the President of Peti Trading Inc., VP Operations/Director of Kadabra Mining Corp., and the VP Operations/Director of Paramina Earth Technologies, Inc.
PEREGRINO S. RESABAL
	Rod was elected to the Board of Directors in March 2011. He has over 45 years practical, managerial and consulting experience in the international mining industry, working in Southern, Central and West Africa, Europe, Australasia and Southeast Asia. Since November 2009 he has performed a consulting role to Apex.
THOMAS RODNEY PERCIVAL JONES
	He was elected as a Director in 2006. He was also appointed as EVP and General Counsel in June 2007 and in September 2009 appointed as President and CEO. Before joining the Company, he was previously Vice President for Legal and HR at Philex Mining Co. He was previously also the Executive Vice President of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines. He resigned as President and CEO of the Company last December 31, 2009 but he still remains as Consultant and Director.
DEOGRACIAS G. CONTRERAS, JR.
	He was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company in October 2006. He is also Assistant to the President and CEO of Eastern Shipping Lines, Business Controller of King Plantation Co., Inc. , Business Controller of Eastern Aqua Ventures, Inc., Managing Director of Caliber Logistics Corporation, Head of Business Development for Allah Copper Phorphyry, Inc., Assistant to the President of Saranggani Cocotech Corp. and Assistan. to the President of Eastship Container Terminal, Inc.
BAIVERTH DIABO
	He has been a Director of the Company since January 2006. He is also a Consultant of US AID, Consultant of FF Cruz Project Development, a Director of RAC and a Director of San Dominico Minerals.
RODOLFO CRUZ
	He was elected as director of the Company in 2008. He is currently the President of Eltech Resources Corp. and Financial Consultant for various companies.
